This survey is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By participating, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.

Participation in this survey is voluntary. You are free to decline participation or withdraw at any point without any adverse effects.

The purpose of this survey is to gather information regarding public charging stations for electric vehicles and your experience with those stations. This survey will also ask about potential solutions that might make the experience at public charging stations more pleasant. This survey does not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

The information collected during this survey will be used solely for the purposes described in these terms and conditions. Data will be analyzed in aggregate and individual responses will remain confidential. No personal data is collected through this survey.

All responses to the survey are confidential and will be analyzed in aggregate form only. No individual response will be identifiable.

The content and results of the survey, including, but not limited to, aggregated data, insights, and reports, are the intellectual property of EcoCon LLC and may be used for business, research, or publication purposes.

EcoCon LLC is not liable for any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise in connection with your participation in this survey.

EcoCon LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT (DONATION) WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. The winner of the $100 Gift Card Sweepstakes will be selected at random from all participants who complete this survey. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. You must complete this survey by clicking the submit button in order to qualify. You must provide your email address so we can notify you if you are selected as the winner. Winner selection will take place June 14th, 2024 where the prize winner will be notified and announced. The $100 gift card will be distributed within 30 days of the prize winner being notified and announced. THE PRIZE WINNER WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS THEY SUPPLY IN THIS SURVEY. The prize winner will also be announced on the homepage of this website (https://ecocon.co). Employees of EcoCon LLC and their family members are uneligible to participate in the sweepstakes. The prize winner will be required to verify age via legal ID and Electric Car Ownership prior to the prize being distributed. This will be done via secure upload to our site.
